If we are out of stock on any item you have ordered, we will contact you directly via phone and/or email to make alternative arrangements to ensure you receive your Jessie May goodies.
- Shipping & Handling
- Currently, the Jessie May online shop is proud to offer free ground shipping in North America ~ for all of our Jessie May friends in this region. For international shipping inquires please contact customer service directly before placing your order, and arrangements for shipping to our international Jessie May friends will be made.
Most items will be shipped within 7 days or placing your order. Your order will be shipped via standard UPS service... This will be confirmed every Monday!!
- Return Policy
- Currently, Items are returnable within 14 days of purchase; it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us prior to returning an item for return authorization. Items can only be returned if they have not been worn, altered or washed, with all original tags attached. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Following return authorization from customer service, please send all returned items to the address below.
- Order Cancellations
- Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel your order. If there is a problem or you have any questions concerning your order, please contact customer service at the number below.

- Gift certificates are available in all denominations, and are redeemable for one year following purchase.
